Christmas is coming! And that means one thing is the land of Craft - CRAFT MARKETS! First up, Finders Keepers Melbourne in October. My goodness, how fast has this year gone by?! It's almost October already. I think it's been the fastest for me this year. Perhaps it's because I've been ultra busy, I haven't had much time to really chill out. Well fair enough, I've gone on short trips to Tassie and am now in Singapore, but still, I'm always working through my holidays. I'm such a workaholic, it is so bad!
I spent my time indoors today cutting up over 30 little ice cream softies. If I had it my way, I would have sewn them up too. Unfortunately, my sewing machine's back in Melbourne so I had to leave it at that. I then went on to draft out a little stall plan for my coming markets. I'm thinking perhaps I should go for a veggie/food stand sort of look this year? Haha. What do you think?
Apart from Finders Keepers, I'm also doing Markit! Even though it means a lot of preparation such as cutting of tags, sewing, printing and packing of stock, building and designing display bits, I still am pretty excited about it all. Can't wait! The Christmas season is always, always crazy for us makers. But despite the madness of it all, it's still truly such a beautiful time of the year and I love it to bits : )
