Info Post
Fisherman's Basket
Hello everyone I'm back! I had so much fun away in Tassie. And I took lots of photos. Have yet to sit down and actually look through them but just thought I'd share this photo first. Being such a workaholic, I brought my work along our holiday and got Darren to take some photos of it while at Binalong bay. It was freezing and we were hungry for oysters. But it was still lots of fun. Even though shortly after this photo, the waves came crashing in and we both got soaked. Oops! Thank goodness the piece narrowly escaped the clutches of salty sea water. Phew! Well, all that aside, I'm really happy with how this piece turned out. I love my seafood. (Oh we had so much of it in Tassie I can no longer look at Fish n Chips the same way ever again) And I really enjoyed painting this piece from start to finish. This will be made into an A3 sized limited editioned giclee print! It'll be in the shop in a couple of week's time.

To celebrate the completion of my first ever seafoody piece, I'm giving away to one lucky reader, a signed print! I ship internationally, so anyone can win! To enter, simply Tweet, Facebook, Pin, Instagram it, or simply leave a comment below, whatever suits you best. Whatever you decide to do, don't forget to leave your email address and contact name below just so I know how to reach you if you win. I'll pick a winner by random next Friday. So you've got lots of time to enter. Fingers crossed, you might win it!

I'll be back soon with more pictures and stories from my holiday. Got to recover from this post-holiday withdrawal syndrome first. Hah! Also, my SO:ME Space watercolour class opens for booking tomorrow. Only 6 spots. So be quick if you'd like a spot.

Till the next post, stay warm and cheery! XO
